GUILLERMO PULIDO GONZÁLEZ is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the UNAM and doctor of Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Malaga, Spain. Since 1980 he joined the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) where he has been a professor and researcher in subjects related to Economics, Political and Social Sciences and International Relations. He has been director of the UNAM headquarters in San Antonio, Texas (1988-2000), of the Center for Teaching for Foreigners of the UNAM (2000-2007) and since 2012 he directs the Center for Mexican Studies UNAM / BFSU. His work has contributed to the founding of the UNAM headquarters in Gatineau, Canada (1995); Chicago, Illinois (2004); Los Angeles, California (2005) and Beijing, China (2012). He has participated in various international forums in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Nicaragua, USA, Canada, Spain, England and China From 2008 to 2010 he was Minister of Culture and Education of the Embassy of Mexico in the PRC and in 2011 he was a consultant for the Federal Institute of Access to Information for Civil Rights projects of Mexican communities in the USA.
